Returns, Refunds & Replacement
We have a 72 hour return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to initiate the return request ?
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Inform us within 72 hours, if you wish to return, exchange & refund for any wrong, defected item.

Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only till the order has not already been shipped (varies from 24-48 Hours). Please write to us at hello@modakikids.com to cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, your payment (if prepaid order) will be returned to your account within 4-7 working days.
Note:Products purchased during a sale event are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, cancellation or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return can be requested only on reasons based on size issues, defective articles, different/wrong colors, or quality issues.
- Reasons like change in taste/dislike will not be entertained
- Your item must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- The exchange of the item is limited to a single occurrence and is subject to size availability.
- No refunds and replacements will be considered for international orders placed outside India.
- The customs duty for shipping for all international orders is to be borne by the customer.
- If you have received your order and a product(s) is missing, or you’ve received the wrong product, or a damaged product - please contact us within 72 hours with a photo or video. We will replace it to ensure you get what you ordered or issue a refund instead.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@modakikids.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as innerwear)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days in case of prepaid orders. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In the case of COD orders, we will require the following details from your end to issue a refund.

Please note: The refund will only be carried out in the specified shared bank account, and the brand disclaims any responsibility for incorrect refund transactions.
